Greg Spafford is the founding principal and Managing Director of Firstbase Services Ltd. He originally founded Firstbase in London, UK in 1985.

As a proven leader with more than 30 years of international experience in the business development and consulting fields, Greg has honed his keen business insight with the gristmill of experience.

Greg has developed and implemented effective business strategies and communication programs for some of the worlds leading organizations, including: Air Miles, British Airways, Pitney Bowes, Herman Miller, Steelcase Strafor, DEGW Architects, Financial Times of London, IBM, International Factors, Barclays Bank, National Research Council of Canada (NRC), and Lotus Software.

Some of Greg’s major accomplishments include the authoring of a 120 page hard-cover book on The Guide to Better Decisions in Facilities Management. In addition, he was responsible for directing and managing one of the largest omnibus research programs and Facilities Survey for the end-user marketplace in the UK.

A pioneer in the direct marketing industry in the early 80’s, Greg funded and directed the research of a leading business to business database of over 600,000 organizations in the UK and Europe.
