Quality Health Services Ltd. (QHS) is a franchise located in Abbotsford BC, owned, and operated by James and Nikki Stewart in Abbotsford. Services offered on a local level include preventive health care awareness, wellness education clinics, and state-of-the-art screening services.
QHS provides its services through a mobile network of qualified health care professionals. The screening programs use the latest information and state-of-the-art technology to provide the largest selection of high quality health screenings. Tests are non-invasive, quick, and accurate and results can be provided directly to the participant’s physician for review.
Many health problems and diseases are preventable. QHS screening clinics help promote healthy living through proactive screening and assessment. QHS Abbotsford clients include national corporations, such as Costco, Tim Horton’s, and Wal-Mart. Quality Health Services organizes, coordinates, and delivers proactive health services to companies with multiple locations, small to medium size business, pharmacies, retail store chains, and government offices.

Present Situation
The QHS franchise in BC has an established reputation for providing the highest quality of service to its customers, based on feedback from the head office in Toronto. The management however, realized that the market in BC is different and a new Strategic Business Plan was needed to develop and grow the business. The head office in Toronto does not provide marketing or business planning support services.
